I graduated from HAW Hamburg with a Bachelor of Arts in Illustration in 2022. My artistic practice centres on imperfect surfaces, layers of traditional media, and a keen eye for botanical details and character expression. My German-Finnish roots bring a quiet, observant perspective to the development of my illustrations.

Whether it’s a richly layered picture book or a narrative nonfiction title, each project emerges from a dialogue between free artistic exploration and thoughtful book design. Rather than following rigid formulas, my work focuses on expressive characters, organic shapes, and a distinctive tactile quality.
